Her work connects people with a feel for creativity and artistry. Aesthetes carrying one of her black-and-white-wrapped creations give each other knowing smiles while passing each other on the street in Bern. Melanie JeanRichard and her team create distinctive Mediterranean flower arrangements – initially at the market in Bern, then in a small basement shop, and today in two boutiques located at Münstergasse 72 and Hirschengraben 11.
In conjunction with Melanie JeanRichard’s upcoming ten-year anniversary on Münstergasse, not only have we developed a new brand appearance for her, but we have also invited artists to celebrate her art. Curated by our creative director, Thom Pfister, the art project features the floral works of twenty-eight artists – each in their own characteristic style – whether that is photographic or artistic, abstract or figurative, delicate or forceful. The resulting images have stories to tell: each is individual, but they all also share the aim of stirring, inspiring, and touching our senses. Entirely in the spirit of Melanie JeanRichard.
